Shady Camp – Live Aboard Mothership

Mothership trips mean less time travelling and more time fishing, and with the mothership usually a short distance from where you are fishing gives you more flexibility with the times you fish and the tides you can fish.

During The Run Off March – April we have limited opportunities to fish Shady Camp utilising the Mothership HylandC as your accommodation and fishing base. Shady Camp is well renowned Barra fishing location and produces great fishing year after year especially for those who wish to target trophy Barramundi.

For you comfort and the best of fishing experiences we only have a maximum of 6 clients onboard the mothership and fish 3 per guided Barra boat.

Front Cabin

Air conditioned accommodation for up to 8 people on single bunks with TV, DVD & Playstation 2.

 

Rear Cabin

Air conditioned accommodation with 1 double & 3 single bunks, each with it’s own reading light.

Deck

The spacious walk-around deck has ample shade and provides plenty of room for fishing, relaxing, BBQ’s and – most importantly – a giant esky! The toilet & shower is also located here plus a gate and large duckboard which provide easy access to the dinghy’s.
